Collecting rent is easy if you have the perfect resident who pays as agreed! But what if they don’t? Having someone in your corner who knows Bellingham, Washington and Federal law for proper procedures is critical!
If a resident has gone beyond the grace period of the lease we provide them with a late rent notice, where we collect the appropriate late fees along with the normal rent amount. Worse case, if a resident does stop paying rent, we will guide the eviction process and re-renting the property quickly.
We make paying rent easy for residents with the online resident portal that can be accessed 24/7. We encourage residents to pay online, which means we can pay you out faster.
- Rent is due by the 1st of each month.
- There is a 5 day grace period.
- Late fees are $50 per day after the grace period expires.
- All late fees are disbursed to the owner.
